Warehouse Manager

Overview

This role is responsible for managing all receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations at the facility located in Ras Al Khair, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The Warehouse Manager ensures smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse functioning along with accurate record keeping and staff management.

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise all activities related to receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures within the warehouse.
• Ensure the safe and proficient use of all warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Uphold the safety standards to protect employees on site.
• Lead, motivate, and discipline warehouse personnel appropriately.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and precise records of daily warehouse operations.
• Monitor the condition and whereabouts of the company’s fleet vehicles continuously.
• Provide support with delivery tasks when necessary.
• Participate in material issuance, inspecting accepted goods, and coordinating distribution of materials and parts across the facility.
• Oversee cycle counting controls and generate inventory-related reports.

Experience Requirements

Candidates must possess over nine years of experience in a comparable warehouse management position to meet the demands of this role.
