Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage of $17.75.
• Shift commences at 5 AM.
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside FSA/HSA options and company-sponsored life insurance, beginning on the 60th day of employment.
• Accrual of vacation and sick leave starting on the first day, and eligibility for paid holidays following 90 days of service.
• Participation in a 401(k) profit-sharing plan after completing 90 days.

Key Duties

• Verify products by scanning UPC codes or visually inspecting items against selection or invoice sheets.
• Conduct inspections of equipment and adhere to maintenance protocols.
• Maintain safety to safeguard personnel, products, and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Preferred candidates will possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to conduct precise visual inspections.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehending English at a level necessary for understanding instructions, safety guidelines, and communications critical to job performance and compliance.
