Role Summary

The Visual Merchandiser will take charge of the design and execution of visual elements at flagship stores. Responsibilities include crafting window displays, in-store zones, and seasonal setups to attract and engage customers, while developing templates to ensure consistency across the expanding store network. The role involves end-to-end management, including evaluating campaign effectiveness using sales data and refining approaches accordingly, giving the position a blend of creative responsibility and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and implement visual merchandising strategies for flagship and select stores including windows, displays, and seasonal décor.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising templates and guidelines for uniform execution across stores.
• Reflect brand identity through physical store environments at all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and update displays in alignment with seasonal changes, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
• Assess sales performance post-campaigns to determine success and inform future changes.
• Provide training and ongoing support to store teams for maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Adapt store visuals dynamically according to evolving trends, seasons, and inventory changes.

Requirements

• Proven practical experience in retail visual merchandising, preferably within the footwear segment.
• Strong attention to detail with an innate understanding of spatial arrangements and customer flow.
• Interest in analyzing data behind visual implementations to gauge effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with store personnel and leadership teams.
• Energetic and proactive team player mindset.
• Willingness to travel to various store locations as necessary.
