US IT Recruiter (Preference for US IT Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete US IT recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, submission, coordinating interviews, and finalizing offers.
• Identify and attract qualified IT professionals using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, among others.
• Evaluate candidates for technical competencies, relevant experience, work authorization, and client requirements.
• Submit well-matched candidates to US clients and hiring managers.
• Arrange and manage interview schedules, candidate communications, and feedback collection.
• Handle negotiation of compensation and assist in offer closure processes.
• Ensure precise record-keeping of candidate data, maintain ATS updates, and generate recruitment reports.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates.
• Meet recruitment objectives and support overall team success.
• Collaborate effectively with recruitment teams to ensure prompt delivery of qualified candidates.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in US IT Staffing or Recruitment.
• Prior direct involvement in US IT staffing is strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive understanding of US IT recruitment workflows and staffing lifecycle.
• Knowledgeable about US work authorizations and visa categories.
• Proficient in recruiting tools including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, CEIPAL, and Zoho Recruit.
• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, effective communication, and negotiation.
• Experienced in coordinating interviews, tracking candidate follow-ups, and finalizing offer closures.
• Familiarity with working alongside US-based clients and meeting recruitment targets.
• Well-versed in candidate submission protocols and recruitment documentation.
• Capable of working independently and consistently meeting deadlines, particularly within a US night shift schedule.
