Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to step into the clinical leadership role of Unit Coordinator for the Serviced Apartment unit at the Edmund Hillary Retirement Village located in Remuera. This full-time position operates Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and includes shared on-call duties.
In this role, you will leverage your nursing expertise and interpersonal capabilities to oversee the management and delivery of care in the serviced apartments. Key responsibilities involve ensuring high standards of compassionate care for residents, supervising the serviced apartment team, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and providing support to the clinical manager.

- Current Enrolled Nurse Practicing Certificate is essential.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor, share knowledge, and motivate team members.
