Key Responsibilities

• Carry out tyre fitting and wheel balancing across a range of car models.
• Inspect tyres for wear, damages, and inflation problems, delivering precise evaluations and recommendations.
• Operate workshop machinery and tyre fitting devices with confidence.
• Manage procurement of tyres from trusted suppliers, control ordering processes, and ensure stock levels remain optimal.
• Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe workshop environment that adheres to company and brand guidelines.

Role Requirements

• Previous experience in tyre fitting is highly preferred; candidates with mechanical experience outside tyre fitting may also be considered.
• A solid mechanical aptitude and sincere interest in maintaining vehicles to high standards.
• Capability to handle the physical demands of a busy workshop, including heavy lifting.
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and dedication to upholding vehicle safety standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate well with workshop teams, advisors, and customers.
• A strong willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and stay current with developments in the automotive industry.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Working Hours and Benefits

This is a full-time role involving 42.5 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
