This position is located in Berlin, Germany, with relocation assistance available if needed. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Trade Republic's liquidity position diligently.
- Ensure adherence to internal limits and regulatory standards as part of the first line of defense.
- Perform day-to-day treasury operations efficiently.
- Develop and maintain models and analytical tools to support treasury functions.
- Design and implement effective fund flow processes for newly introduced products.
- Collaborate with the Asset and Liability Committee (ALCO) to establish treasury strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two years’ experience in front office treasury roles.
- Solid comprehension of liquidity management techniques and associated tools.
- Familiarity with fixed income, foreign exchange, and money market instruments.
- Capability to recognize and measure risks within the CRR regulatory framework.
- Self-driven professional with strong analytical abilities and resilience under pressure.
