Job Overview
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the organization's treasury functions. This role involves overseeing cash flow, maintaining banking relationships, planning liquidity, managing financial risks, and ensuring all activities comply with both internal policies and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily treasury processes, ensuring the correct recording and control of all bank transactions.
- Develop and track cash flow forecasts to maintain sufficient liquidity for operational demands and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct thorough reviews of bank reconciliations, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating banking services and facilities as needed.
- Oversee processing of credit facilities, letters of guarantee, and other banking dealings.
- Lead treasury planning by analyzing cash inflows/outflows and recommending strategies to optimize cash management.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial controls, treasury policies, and regulatory standards.
- Manage month-end and year-end treasury closing activities, assuring financial report accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver detailed treasury reports, liquidity analyses, and financial insights for senior leadership.
- Identify and manage liquidity, currency, and banking operational risks.
- Provide guidance to the treasury team to promote efficient and accurate treasury operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in treasury management, banking operations, or corporate finance.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cash management, banking services, and financial risk management.
- Exceptional analytical skills including financial modeling and reconciliation expertise.
- Proficiency with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
- Proven leadership qualities paired with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- High accuracy, strategic mindset, and effective problem-solving skills.

- This position requires significant travel between Jeddah and Riyadh.
