This role is part of one of Saudi Arabia's largest programmes, featuring extensive mixed-use developments with sports, arts, entertainment facilities, and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation of integrated transport data strategies across various mobility modes by establishing use cases, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business and customer goals.
• Develop and deploy advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions such as predictive models for demand forecasting, ridership analysis, fleet optimization, traffic control, safety enhancements, and customer experience insights.
• Design scalable cloud-native data and AI architectures to support personalized mobility and ensure seamless integration with autonomous vehicle and Mobility-as-a-Service platforms.
• Create and uphold strong data governance and knowledge management systems to guarantee data quality, regulatory compliance, traceability, and lifecycle management of data assets and models.
• Collaborate actively to promote a net zero carbon transition by proactively managing related emissions and reductions throughout project deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, AI/Machine Learning, Transport Systems Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience in transport data engineering and AI/ML, with experience in the GCC region highly preferred.
• Must meet visa eligibility requirements for Saudi Arabia and have relevant work history with large-scale projects or programmes within project management consultancy environments for client and immigration approval.
