Role Overview

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Training Group team based in Salisbury, Brisbane, Queensland. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for organizing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of training delivery and scheduling. The role requires close collaboration with clients, trainers, and vendors to ensure effective training outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage training sessions, including logistical and resource planning.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients to address training-related inquiries and needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training calendars and schedules.
  • Guarantee the efficient execution of all training initiatives and emergency planning activities.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to ensure the delivery of quality training programs.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive in approach.
  • Proven experience in customer interaction within a corporate context.
  • Knowledge of fire safety solutions is advantageous.
  • Experience working with Registered Training Organisations (RTO) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze and respond to customer requirements.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination is required.
