Role Summary

The Air Defense Trainer position involves delivering specialized technical instruction for Anduril's Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (CUAS) to military clients primarily in the Middle East. This includes planning and facilitating training programs tailored to users' operational contexts, providing support in hazardous zones, and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and effective product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed, mission-specific technical training for military personnel in the Middle East at various proficiency levels.
• Organize and deliver New Equipment Training (NET) and Train-the-Trainer sessions for users and maintainers to guarantee operational readiness and tactical effectiveness.
• Lead presentations and hands-on teaching exercises at client locations, hazardous environments, and company testing facilities.
• Develop simulation training scenarios aligned with customer missions and contexts.
• Create and maintain training materials for Air Defense products and system functionalities.
• Collaborate with regional teams, curriculum developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to translate technical capabilities into clear learning objectives and course content.
• Design curricula utilizing presentations, practical exercises, computer-based modules, and simulation technologies.
• Ensure all instruction materials are current with ongoing product enhancements.
• Manage training repositories and supervise version control processes.
• Coordinate extensively with various internal teams to capture product updates and assist with end-user training requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and Anduril to gather user feedback, identify challenges, and suggest product improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of providing technical training to international users in the Middle East region.
• Experience in planning, creating, and delivering detailed technical instruction.
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including assignments in hazardous zones for up to 20-30 days per trip.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Capability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
