Role Overview

This trainee position encompasses hands-on learning and operational support across Production, Assembly, and Maintenance departments within the automotive lighting division.

Production / Assembly Operator Responsibilities

• Operate automotive lighting assembly lines assembling headlamps, tail lamps, LED lamps, and related components.
• Utilize basic production equipment and hand tools for assembly tasks.
• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Inspect parts before and during assembly and perform operations including fitting, fastening, and tightening.
• Conduct visual quality inspections and report defective parts to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness following 5S standards.
• Meet daily production and quality goals while working in rotating shifts.

Production Trainee Duties

• Gain knowledge of automotive lighting manufacturing techniques.
• Assist assembly operators during production activities.
• Follow all safety and work instructions carefully.
• Handle components to prevent damage, and inspect finished products.
• Maintain production documentation and adhere to 5S and safety protocols.
• Support team targets and promptly report abnormalities or equipment issues.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Respond to machine breakdowns and assist in corrective repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support maintenance of automated systems such as PLCs, robots, and manipulators as skills develop.
• Document maintenance work and breakdown incidents.
• Engage in 5S and QRQC activities to improve operational quality.
• Analyze causes of recurring equipment failures and contribute to improving machine reliability to minimize downtime.
