Role Overview
Join a leading company specializing in wear protection solutions for the mining and heavy industrial sectors as a Trade Assistant. This workshop-based position located in Paget offers hands-on experience with diverse tasks and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receipt and dispatch of goods within the workshop.
- Carry out quality assurance activities and general trade assistant duties.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain safety standards in both workshop and mine site settings.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Trade Assistant, Labourer, or similar industrial role.
- Valid Forklift License.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Current Driver's Licence with reliable transportation.
- White Card certification.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Capability to work safely in workshop and mining environments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage of $33.90 plus applicable penalty rates.
- Standard work schedule Monday through Friday.
