About the Role
Based in Letterkenny with a hybrid schedule requiring two onsite days per week, this role centers on managing Total Rewards compensation and analytics within PGIM's People Team. The successful candidate will collaborate internationally, shaping and implementing innovative compensation strategies that align with PGIM's business goals. This position involves managing established compensation processes and developing new solutions to compensation challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People Business Leaders, People Operations, and PGIM Finance to design and streamline analytics related to headcount and compensation expenses, including forecasting and accruals for various employee groups such as investment professionals, sales, and corporate staff.
- Oversee the execution of year-end compensation activities covering salary, incentives, promotions, and performance management in designated PGIM areas.
- Provide advice related to compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and maintain compensation structures adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Maintain market data alignment and job architecture accuracy, delivering insights on pay and grading structures.
- Respond to ad-hoc compensation requests and offer ongoing consulting to the Total Rewards and People teams.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- A curious and innovative mindset focused on solving compensation challenges and improving processes.
- Strong analytical capabilities, interpreting data to influence business decisions effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFs, nested formulas, Power Pivot Tables, and charts.
- Experience or willingness to develop skills in Power BI, Visier, and other data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools, such as Microsoft Co-Pilot, to enhance productivity.
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management across multiple concurrent projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills fostering strong partnerships, influence, and team collaboration.
- Robust work ethic with self-motivation to handle fast-paced, high volume workloads flexibly, including extended hours if required.
- Experience working with Aon and/or Willis Towers Watson benchmarking data.
- Significant background with 6-8 years in HR Compensation roles, holding at least a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services, asset management, or international settings.
- Knowledge of position management systems.
- Familiarity with Workday and compensation management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and PowerPoint.
