Job description
Position Overview
Join a leading manufacturer of low voltage (LV) switchgear based in St Albans, known for its excellent reputation and commitment to employee development. We are seeking an electrical test engineer experienced in LV switchgear and control panels to conduct testing, prepare certification, and engage with clients during witnessed tests onsite and at company premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute electrical testing procedures on LV switchgear and control panels.
- Compile and prepare test certificates along with all necessary documentation.
- Conduct tests under client and representative supervision both onsite and at company facilities.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a test engineer working with LV switchgear and electrical control panels.
- Familiarity with PLC systems is advantageous.
- Located in or able to commute to St Albans, Hertfordshire.
