Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct termite treatment services safely, adhering to company protocols and standard practices.
- Identify and assess termite issues by understanding their behaviors and habits to establish appropriate corrective measures.
- Discuss with customers critical conditions that encourage termite activity and advise on necessary procedures or structural adjustments to support treatment.
- Navigate and inspect entry points, including crawling spaces, stairs, ladders, and rooftops.
- Utilize inspection and application tools, such as small hand tools and power hammer drills.
- Endure various environmental conditions including seasonal weather changes and dusty or damp locations.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper functioning of equipment and company vehicle.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of two years' experience in customer service; experience in termite control is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility with working hours including Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.
- Capability to obtain and maintain any required licenses or certifications as per federal, state, and local regulations.
- A valid driver's license from the state of residence.
