About the Role
As a Termite Technician at Bug Out Service, LLC, part of the global Rentokil family, you will be responsible for performing termite treatment services safely and in accordance with established company protocols. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose termite infestations by understanding termite behavior and habits to establish appropriate corrective measures.
- Inform customers about conditions favoring termite activity and discuss necessary procedures and structural adjustments that may complement treatment efforts.
- Access and work in various locations including inside structures, crawl spaces, and on ladders or stairs.
- Utilize application and inspection tools, including small hand tools and power drills.
- Work in varied environmental settings such as different weather conditions and dusty or damp areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness of both equipment and company vehicles.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a high school diploma or GED.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service; prior termite control experience is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays when necessary.
- Ability to obtain and keep the required federal, state, and local licenses or certifications.
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
