About the Role

Rakbank seeks dedicated UAE National individuals to join our Retail Banking team as Tellers. This role focuses on providing superior customer service while managing daily branch transactions to assist in smooth branch operations. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, cheque clearances, and remittances.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Comply with Rakbank’s internal policies, procedural guidelines, and regulations set by the UAE Central Bank.
• Support daily branch operations, ensuring precise transaction processing and cash management.
• Recognize and suggest improvements for enhancing service quality and operational workflows.
• Professionally assist customers with their routine banking inquiries and requirements.
• Foster a cooperative branch environment upholding high standards of integrity and customer care.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a UAE National, verified by Family Book documentation.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or related equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or banking is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain accuracy in all tasks.
• Exhibit a positive mindset and dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Capable of thriving in a collaborative team environment.
