Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication abilities in Gujarati and English, with Hindi being an additional advantage. They must exhibit confidence and persuasive skills necessary for effective sales conversations. Comfort with making a high volume of outbound calls, ranging from 50 to over 100 daily, is essential. Basic computer literacy is required, and prior experience working with CRM systems or sales software is preferred. Background in the diamond or jewelry sector will be considered a significant plus. The candidate should be goal-driven, adept at following up consistently, and skilled in negotiation and overcoming objections.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting diamond suppliers to present the Only Carat Global Diamond Marketplace.
• Encourage suppliers to register accounts and upload their product inventory onto the platform.
• Detail benefits of establishing their personalized supplier website or store link within the marketplace.
• Assist suppliers through processes including account registration, email verification, company profile completion, KYC documentation, stock uploading, and supplier store activation.
• Perform persistent follow-ups with suppliers who initiate but do not complete the onboarding procedure.
• Guide suppliers in utilizing their Only Carat store link to connect with their current buyers effectively.
• Educate suppliers on receiving inquiries from new local and international buyers via the marketplace.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls and follow-up communications.
• Meet or exceed monthly onboarding targets for supplier recruitment.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with suppliers.
