About the Position
SS Financial Services is recruiting Telecallers for their Banking Collections voice process located in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This role involves communicating with customers regarding overdue EMI and credit card payments, issuing payment reminders, and ensuring follow-ups on agreed payment schedules. The position is exclusively office-based with no field or doorstep collection responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to assigned customers using the company’s dialer system.
- Communicate effectively regarding outstanding payments and payment alternatives.
- Accurately document Promise-to-Pay and customer payment commitments.
- Conduct scheduled follow-ups with customers to ensure payment compliance.
- Maintain professionalism in call quality and customer interaction.
- Adhere strictly to banking, collection, and compliance protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Experience in Collections, Telecalling, Tele-sales, or Customer Support is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi is mandatory; basic English communication skills required.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Certification from Debt Recovery Agents (DRA) is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from INR 16,000 to 27,000 with additional performance incentives.
- Employee Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) benefits as per eligibility.
- Working hours are day shift from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
