Overview
A beauty wholesaler is looking to recruit a Telecalling Executive to proactively engage advertising leads through WhatsApp and telephone conversations. The primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, address their questions about products, continually follow up, and successfully convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
Key Duties
- Initiate and respond to customer communications via phone and WhatsApp.
- Provide timely, clear answers regarding product details and queries.
- Conduct diligent follow-ups with prospective customers to secure orders.
