Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode involves contributing to initiatives within technology and operations that underpin financial markets, investor communications, and governance services. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with financial and technical platforms, supporting client-centric solutions, managing assigned tasks efficiently, maintaining precise documentation, and complying with regulatory and compliance standards critical to the financial services domain.
Candidate Qualifications and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to comprehend complex business and technology workflows.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across diverse, global teams.
- Basic understanding of financial markets, operational processes, or fintech concepts, with enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in standard office and productivity software; knowledge of technology platforms or software development practices is a plus.
- Educational background in Finance, Business, Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines; previous internship or corporate work experience is advantageous.
- Willingness to work onsite in Kozhikode, demonstrating professional ethics and adaptability within a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
