Job Overview
This role entails overseeing sub-contractor and departmental teams to ensure efficient and quality tower erection activities that meet client expectations.
Core Duties
- Assemble steel tower sections at elevated locations, utilizing manual hoists, winches, and cranes.
- Guarantee structural verticality, secure bolting, and apply specified torque tightening according to SEC standards.
- Provide operational support to the stringing team by facilitating conductor pulling, tensioning, and sag management with appropriate equipment.
- Adhere strictly to SEC Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols, including the mandatory use of full-body harnesses and fall protection gear, following ISMS safety guidelines.
- Interpret structural blueprints and drawings effectively for accurate execution.
- Maintain physical fitness to safely work at heights and hold an up-to-date medical fitness certification.
