Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Receiving and Shipping operations following company policies to ensure smooth business functioning.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders and freight forwarders to arrange and track material shipments.
• Inspect physical condition and contents of received items, verifying accuracy against manifests, invoices, or orders for inbound and outbound goods.
• Prepare shipping documentation including invoices and packing lists for all outgoing items.
• Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at automating receiving processes, leveraging process automation and agentic AI for problem detection, forecasting, and performance optimization.
• Advance safety and environmental sustainability by developing processes, procedures, and training aligned with company standards.
• Incorporate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily tasks to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by piloting and sharing AI-driven enhancements relevant to job functions.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates hold qualifications such as GCE ‘O’ level/SPM, Higher NITEC (ITC), NITEC (NTC-2 or Intermediate), or Diploma in Wafer Fabrication, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Background knowledge in Warehouse, Shipping, or Receiving operations is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, a strong drive to meet goals, and eagerness for professional growth.
• Possesses foundational digital proficiency and appropriate AI literacy to implement AI-enabled tools responsibly for research, analysis, content production, problem-solving, operational activities, and achieving business objectives.
