Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Training Advisor to convert deep technical knowledge into outstanding learning experiences. Reporting to the Content & Design Lead, you will leverage your expertise in Gallagher Security products to create and refine training materials that are accurate, engaging, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical insights to assist in the creation, review, and enhancement of training content.
• Ensure learning designs, storyboards, and training modules are technically precise, clear, and straightforward.
• Develop clear technical documentation that simplifies complex ideas into practical learning tools.
• Stay current with developments in Gallagher Security products, including updates to Command Centre and hardware.
• Support testing of training simulators and upkeep of quality training materials.
• Address training system support questions, grade online courses, and give constructive feedback to trainees as needed.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a technically adept communicator passionate about sharing knowledge to empower others. You bring hands-on experience with Gallagher Security solutions and excel in translating intricate technical content into accessible training while cultivating strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Training, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience with Gallagher Command Centre and Gallagher Security hardware.
• Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience in product-focused technical roles.
• Ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and confidently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences.
• Understanding of the Access Control industry, with preference given to those familiar with the needs of Installers, Technicians, and Customers.
• Solid grasp of networking principles, device troubleshooting, and technical support environments.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
