Job Overview and Shift Details
This entry-level IT Recruiter position is remote with a working schedule from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Candidates should have prior experience in IT hiring to qualify for the role.
Compensation Structure
- Probation period salary: Rs. 10,000 per month
- Post-probation salary: Rs. 15,000 per month plus quarterly incentives
Core Role Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle independently - performing sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct candidate evaluations through video screening sessions
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients during the recruitment process
- Assume full responsibility for designated recruitment leads
- Exhibit a proactive approach to consistently achieve recruitment targets
