Position Summary

We are seeking proactive, experienced, and outcome-driven individuals to join our recruitment team as Operations and International Recruitment Associates (OIRA). The primary responsibility is to attract and hire IT professionals such as developers, AI researchers, and other technical experts to strengthen our global technology workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand and specify hiring needs.
• Create engaging and comprehensive job descriptions tailored to the target audience.
• Source exceptional candidates using various communication platforms including phone, LinkedIn, Teams, and Telegram.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Contribute to building a diverse and high-performing recruitment pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; advanced degrees such as MSc, MA, or MBA are preferred.
• Have a minimum of one year of recruitment experience involving sourcing, interviewing, and using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Exhibit relationship management skills and establish trust-based, cooperative working partnerships.
• Show capacity for independent and effective decision-making strategies.
