Job description
Role Overview
Join the Product Team alongside Product Owners and Product Managers to oversee the complete lifecycle of product development—from initial idea generation, stakeholder alignment, to final delivery for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and steer the technical product roadmap ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Spot new opportunities and formulate product strategies grounded in user requirements and technical possibilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define a clear product vision and establish measurable success criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering teams to determine technical specifications and make architectural choices.
- Assess the feasibility of proposed technical features and suggest alternatives as needed.
- Manage the balance between resolving technical debt and developing new functionalities.
- Lead technical decision-making with consideration for scalability, system performance, and long-term maintenance.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and user stories for development teams.
- Prioritize the product backlog considering business priorities and technical limitations.
- Facilitate sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple concurrent technical projects.
- Act as a liaison bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Effectively translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences to ensure shared understanding.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and software engineers to verify the technical viability of proposed solutions.
- Engage with business process owners and other key stakeholders to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product improvement decisions.
- Utilize data analytics for evidence-based product decision-making.
- Keep track of system metrics and ensure robust technical performance.
- Work on products across domains such as Customer Relationship Management and community engagement, Human Resources and finance, or building and infrastructure management including 3D digital delivery and spatial intelligence technologies.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Computer Science, Computer or Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst in software development projects.
- Minimum 2 years working experience within Agile methodologies and cloud environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under pressure while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- Competent in developing business cases and detailed user stories.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly and engaging in stakeholder requirement discussions.
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively partner across technical teams and business stakeholders in both development and problem-solving contexts.
- Good understanding of web, mobile, and cloud technologies and their influence on solution design and feasibility.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA is advantageous.
