About the Company
We are expanding our regional footprint and looking for a high-performing Technical Integration Consultant to be based in Singapore. This key position focuses on ensuring smooth integration between our core HRMS platform and clients' global enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle. The consultant will serve as a technical advisor engaging with clients across Singapore, Malaysia, and other APAC markets.
Role Summary
- Collaborate closely with HR leaders and client IT departments to convert complex business demands into technical specifications, data mappings, and integration scope.
- Execute hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of RESTful and SOAP APIs using Postman. Build and maintain secure and clean data integrations via APIs, flat files, or middleware solutions.
- Develop, analyze, and optimize SQL queries to facilitate data extraction, transformation, and validation in implementation stages.
- Effectively communicate with business decision-makers, internal product teams, and technical engineers to ensure project alignment.
- Guide clients through System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage defect tracking, and provide hypercare support post-launch.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proficiency in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries to support integration activities.
- Practical experience using Postman to test APIs, validate responses, and inspect data.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing consulting, business analysis, or technical implementation roles.
- Strong competence in facilitating technical discovery workshops and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to oversee integration projects spanning multiple countries including Singapore, Malaysia, and the wider APAC region, exhibiting adaptability and strong analytical problem-solving.
Compensation
This is a full-time permanent role offering a salary range from 8000 to 12000 SGD per month, along with benefits.
