Technical Implementation Project Manager (B2B SaaS)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Implementation Project Manager to lead implementation projects within a B2B SaaS environment. Candidates should have substantial experience managing enterprise client projects, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end implementation projects, acting as primary client contact throughout each project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely and successful go-live.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to coordinate efforts and resolve issues during implementation.
• Engage with C-level executives, directors, and VP-level stakeholders to build and maintain strategic, long-lasting client relationships.
• Provide robust communication and executive-level reporting to all relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Engineering graduate with 4-7 years of professional experience.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Technical Implementation Manager, SaaS Implementation Manager, or Technical Project Implementation Manager, with at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS company servicing enterprise clients.
• Proven track record managing external/client-facing software or technical project delivery—not internal project management roles.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, and Support.
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, executive communication, and reporting.
• Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with senior-level enterprise stakeholders.

Additional Information

This role is focused on project ownership and leadership rather than hands-on technical implementation. The candidate must have been the accountable leader of the implementation projects in their current or recent role, not a specialist executing technical tasks.
