Role Overview
This leadership position offers direct access to the executive management team, reporting straight to the CEO. The role encompasses architecting a state-of-the-art digital platform leveraging blockchain, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and multi-cloud infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete strategy, design, and execution of the digital platform.
- Integrate blockchain technology to manage asset traceability, contractual agreements, and governance structures.
- Design and oversee cloud architecture across multiple providers such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Alibaba Cloud.
- Implement AI, ML, and predictive analytics solutions to improve business decision-making processes.
- Convert complex business requirements into scalable IT solutions.
- Lead diverse teams across geographical regions and collaborate with stakeholders globally.
- Align with senior leadership and present outcomes and strategies directly to the CEO.
Candidate Profile
- Educational background in Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of eight years' experience in technical leadership roles, architecture, or consulting.
- Demonstrated expertise in blockchain, cloud computing, and AI/ML technologies.
- Strong strategic thinker with practical implementation skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in managing stakeholder relationships.
