About the Role
Join our Banbridge Superstore as a Team Support member, working primarily onsite with scheduled hours across Sundays (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM), Fridays (6:00 PM - 10:30 PM), and Saturdays (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM). We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though a minimum of 12 hours is possible if preferred, with flexibility to accommodate availability closely matching our schedules. You will receive three weeks' notice for your shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support colleagues to identify and overcome obstacles that impact excellent service delivery.
- Encourage team morale by acknowledging successes creatively.
- Assist in promptly addressing customer and colleague inquiries, ensuring positive interactions.
- Ensure team members maintain professional presentation aligned with our brand standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to the Team Manager on individual contributions towards customer service.
- Exemplify outstanding customer service and professional conduct by role modeling.
- Equip colleagues with necessary tools to perform their roles efficiently.
- Continue personal development in operational and behavioral capabilities.
- Coordinate resources effectively for exceptional customer service, including forward planning staffing and updating Duty Managers proactively.
- Support community engagement through seasonal, charity, and special events.
- Stay informed about department KPIs and execute actionable steps to meet them.

Working Conditions and Pay
The starting hourly wage is £15.14, with potential additional payments depending on location. Our commitment is to provide a supportive working environment where flexibility is encouraged.
