About the Role
At Sprout & Co, our Team Members play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that keep guests returning as often for the atmosphere as for the food. This fast-paced position involves hands-on work preparing and serving quality meals while collaborating closely with the team to ensure the restaurant operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders, and contribute to a friendly atmosphere
- Prepare and serve fresh dishes adhering to Sprout's quality standards, ensuring each plate is visually appealing and tasty
- Gain proficiency across all service areas including till operation, toppings, and beverage mixing
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stock levels in the restaurant to ensure readiness for service
- Learn the full menu to confidently answer customer inquiries and suggest dishes
- Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth service flow, especially during peak times

Additional Information
This position is full-time and based onsite in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, reporting directly to the Restaurant Leader. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates seeking a calm, slow-paced workplace may find this role unsuitable due to its energetic and social atmosphere.
Pay range: €14.15–€14.50 per hour, depending on experience and role.
