Team Member Plus

Role Overview

This position, known as Team Member Plus, requires a flexible individual who can work across various departments at the resort instead of being fixed in one area. You will support multiple teams throughout the resort to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.

Work Schedule and Duties

• Work full-time, 30-35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
• Typical week: Mondays and Fridays dedicated to cleaning guest accommodation.
• Other weekdays involve assisting in areas such as sports and activities, restaurants and quick-service food, buffets, bars, shops, or the fairground. Multiple areas may be handled on the same day.
• Live-in accommodation is available for those relocating.
• Candidates must be aged 18 or over.

Training and Development

The role includes a thorough 90-day induction plan and buddy support to help settle in. Apprenticeships are available, including Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2, and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek enthusiastic and sociable individuals eager to learn multiple skills and enjoy teamwork. Prior experience is not essential; however, energy, a positive attitude, a willingness to actively engage in tasks, and a passion for enhancing guest experiences are crucial.

Additional qualifications such as FA Level 1 football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence qualification are welcomed but not required.
