About the Role

At Sprout & Co, team members are central to the customer experience, serving as the welcoming face of the restaurant. This role suits compassionate individuals who value fast-paced environments and quality food. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Leader, positions are available both full-time and part-time. Pay ranges between 14.15 and 14.70 hourly based on experience and responsibilities.

Key Duties

• Provide support across various stages of the day including ingredient preparation, service line setup, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Foster a warm atmosphere by engaging positively with customers to make them feel valued and attended to.
• Ensure the restaurant environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized throughout operating hours.
• Acquire hands-on skills across multiple service tasks such as operating the till and managing toppings and mixes.
• Adhere to checklists to guarantee that every dish meets presentation and taste standards.
• Develop familiarity with the menu to confidently assist and recommend options to customers.
• Champion food safety, hygiene, and health and safety protocols within the team.
