About the Role

Join Checkers & Rally's Drive-In Restaurants as a Team Member within the Corporate Field Operations team where your contributions impact our Franchisees, Team Members, and Guests. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service and bold, speedy food will help us remain the preferred choice for our Guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profit growth by enhancing Guest satisfaction.
• Report any concerns or suggestions to the General Manager promptly.
• Recognize and address the needs of Guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete cross-training and obtain certification in multiple roles within the restaurant.
• Follow policies and procedures to optimize satisfaction of both Guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all staff and Guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in Guest service or food preparation preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including extended hours.
• Energetic disposition suited for a fast-paced work setting.
• Commitment to core company values: integrity, service, excellence, courage, boldness, and growth.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification preferred.
