Role Overview

Checkers & Rally’s is dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a valued member of the Corporate Field Operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring our status as the top choice for Guests by delivering outstanding service and quick, bold food.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability by enhancing Guest satisfaction.
• Report any concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and address the individual needs of each Guest.
• Complete cross-training and obtain certification for multiple job roles.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maximize the satisfaction of both Guests and employees.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all team members and patrons.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in Guest service or food preparation preferred.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and varied schedules.
• High energy level to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.
• Alignment with core company values: integrity, service, excellence, and courage to be bold and grow.
• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
