Camphill Communities of Ireland (CCoI) provides support to individuals with physical or intellectual disabilities and autism. The organisation operates both Residential and Day Services across 15 locations, facilitating an inclusive, ordinary life for residents and attendees.

Position Overview

We are recruiting a Team Leader to join The Bridge Community in Kilcullen, County Kildare. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 40-hour workweek. The salary range is €47,395 to €56,349 per annum. This role offers the chance to collaborate within a dedicated team while engaging in ongoing professional development within a nationally recognised organisation.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Minimum Level 7 qualification on the QQI Framework, such as a BA in Social Care Studies or a comparable qualification in Health or Social Care.
• At least two years of management experience with similar responsibilities.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working with vulnerable adults or adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Familiarity with current national and sector-specific policies and developments related to Social Care in disability services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in IT skills pertinent to the role, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Possession of a full driver's licence is mandatory.

Additional Information
