About the Role

This position is for a Team Handling Manager within Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, based in Kolkata. The primary responsibility is to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles throughout the company, ensuring a seamless experience for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates by utilizing multiple resources such as job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
• Evaluate resumes and conduct preliminary telephone interviews to determine suitability of applicants for open positions.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and organize interviews efficiently.
• Oversee the entire offer process including negotiating salary terms and handling necessary documentation.
• Facilitate prompt onboarding of newly selected personnel to integrate them effectively into the company.
• Manage recruitment data meticulously and generate regular management information system (MIS) reports.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet anticipated staffing needs.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Applicants should have completed at least their Higher Secondary (HS) education.
• The role is open to freshers eager to build a career in recruitment.
• Familiarity with resume databases and excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are mandatory.
• Competence in candidate sourcing techniques and sound judgment is required to succeed in this role.
• Must be willing to commit to a five-day workweek based at the office in Kolkata.
