Role Overview

The Task Associate will play a key role in achieving operational excellence that supports sales goals and ensures a top-tier experience for every guest. This is done by keeping merchandise stocked, maintaining store cleanliness, and completing assigned duties. Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, the Task Associate focuses on performance metrics, teamwork, and adherence to established processes and standards. Attention to detail and following procedures are critical for success.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting or exceeding store sales targets by timely execution of assigned tasks and ensuring products are available for purchase.
• Comply with operational and task-related goals using the task dashboard, including managing shipment receipt, replenishment, merchandise setups, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain consistent and punctual attendance.
• Support an inclusive and positive environment for coworkers and guests alike.
• Engage in ongoing training on brand and category knowledge to enhance professional growth and sales effectiveness.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, inventory counts, and shipment processing using company technology and protocols.
• Maintain assigned work areas by replenishing stock, arranging merchandise, and ensuring testers are available.
• Keep the store environment clean and orderly, including sales floor, restrooms, cash registers, backroom, and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention guidelines and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and related experience is favored.
• Technology proficiency in basic devices such as Point of Sale systems and Apple products.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.

Working Conditions

• Continuous movement around the store throughout the shift.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Regular lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Ongoing coordination and handling of objects during work hours.

The hourly pay range for this position is $17 to $25, depending on experience, qualifications, shift, and location. Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Part-time employees are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
