Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced System Administrator specializing in Intercom to join VitaMoment GmbH on a full-time basis. This key position involves overseeing the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Intercom workspace, including optimizing the Fin AI Agent and improving workflows to ensure efficient customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Intercom workspace administration.
- Optimize Fin AI Agent functionalities such as guidance, procedures, attributes, content sources, and the Help Center knowledge base.
- Develop and refine workflows, routing logic, and automation to streamline handling of both written and phone inquiries.
- Analyze key performance indicators including service quality, automation levels, Fin AI performance, and CSAT to derive actionable improvements.
- Ensure reliable operation and regular auditing of Intercom automations, data connectors, and system integrations.
Requirements
- Relevant education, degree, or practical experience in IT, digital systems, e-commerce, customer experience, or process management.
- Ideally 1 to 3 years of experience managing or developing Intercom or comparable customer service/CRM systems.
- Strong proficiency with Intercom features: Inbox, Messenger, Help Center, workflows, routing, Fin AI Agent, and reporting tools.
- Methodical and process-oriented mindset with solid technical aptitude for new tools and system logics.
- Interest in AI tools and their responsible evolution within customer service environments.
- Fluent German language skills at negotiation level (C2).
- Work authorization for Germany is mandatory.
