Syrup Maker - Nightshift

About the Role

Step into the role of Syrup Maker on the nightshift at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, where you'll support the creation of some of New Zealand's most beloved beverages, including Coca-Cola, L&P, and Powerade. Stationed at our Mt Wellington site, this role is essential to keeping production running seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and proficiently during the night shift.
• Manage the start-up and shutdown of production lines following established protocols.
• Document production details accurately to support quality and operational records.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance production processes and output.
• Ensure products meet stringent quality control standards, minimizing waste and downtime.

Shift Details

• Follow a 2x2x3 shift rotation pattern.
• Work hours are 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, totaling 42 hours each week.

Candidate Profile

• Dependable and punctual with a strong willingness to learn and engage.
• Hands-on approach with readiness to take initiative within a team environment.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator and team player who values collaboration.
• Preferably experienced in manufacturing or food and beverage production sectors.
• Familiarity with machinery operation or batching systems is advantageous.
• Demonstrates a solid commitment to workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Working knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
