About the Role

Corlann South East is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a positive outlook on working with persons who have intellectual disabilities. Our goal is to support these individuals to lead meaningful and enjoyable lives. We have multiple healthcare vacancies across South Tipperary, including locations Clonmel and Cahir.

Positions Available

  • Permanent full-time Support Worker (78 hours per fortnight) at Adult Residential Service, Clonmel
  • Permanent full-time Support Worker (waking nights), 78 hours per fortnight, Adult Residential Service, Clonmel
  • Permanent part-time Support Worker (52 hours per fortnight plus up to 5 sleepovers), Adult Residential Service, Clonmel
  • Permanent part-time Support Worker (62 hours per fortnight), Adult Day Service, Cahir
  • Permanent part-time Support Worker (39 hours per fortnight), Suir Respite Services (covering adult and children’s respite), Clonmel
  • Permanent part-time Support Worker (39 hours per fortnight), Adult Residential Service, Clonmel
  • Permanent part-time Support Worker (68 hours per fortnight), Adult Residential Service, Clonmel
  • Temporary part-time Support Worker (62 hours per fortnight), Adult Residential Service, Clonmel

Key Responsibilities

Support Workers play a vital role providing personal care during the day, including assisting with meals, hygiene, and physical wellbeing. They support the individuals in developing and achieving personal goals as outlined in Individual Plans. Facilitating community integration and participation is also a central component of this role.
