Role Overview

We seek a driven Study Abroad Counsellor to assist students in navigating their international education options. This role involves advising on course and university choices, supporting admission procedures, and accompanying students through the visa process, ensuring a smooth overseas education experience.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on overseas education options and university selection.
• Manage student admissions, documentation, and visa process guidance.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective students for follow-ups.
• Keep student records updated and collaborate with internal departments.
• Meet set counselling and enrollment objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Between one and three years of experience in counselling or admissions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel and customer relationship management tools.
• Result-focused with a commitment to student satisfaction.

Additional Information

• Work Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi.
• Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Employment Type: Full-time, office-based role.
• Compensation: Monthly salary ranges between INR 35,000 and INR 50,000.
