Role Overview

This permanent full-time position as a Storeperson is based at the Marley facility in Manurewa, Auckland. The role involves supporting inbound goods processing and dispatch operations to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse functionality. It is physically hands-on and emphasizes efficient, safe practices to maintain workplace safety.

The shift operates Monday through Friday nights, from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Uniforms are provided, and overtime availability exists. The company fosters a supportive environment offering hands-on training and career growth opportunities within their operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound goods, verify deliveries accurately, and enforce MPI compliance.
• Maintain a strong culture of health and safety by organizing safe work areas and proper stock storage.
• Ensure high picking productivity, support stock replenishment, and uphold inventory accuracy including daily stock checks.
• Keep warehouse and yard areas tidy, following high housekeeping standards.
• Process customer orders promptly and precisely.
• Identify health and safety risks and hazards, collaborating with relevant parties for a safe workplace.
• Oversee stock security, handle materials, and supply goods to production lines.
• Assist with general warehouse and yard tasks as needed.
• Complete additional warehouse duties to support overall site activities.

Candidate Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Storeperson or similar warehouse role; experience with RF scanning is advantageous.
• Background in warehouse, distribution, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Physically able to meet daily deadlines.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding inventory and customer order accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Dependable, proactive, punctual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Possession of a current forklift license is essential.
