About the Role
Mineral Resources is seeking a well-organized and detail-focused Storeperson to join the warehouse team at their Distribution Centre in High Wycombe, Western Australia. This position offers the chance to work within a renowned mining services company dedicated to sustainable operations and innovative solutions.
Key Duties
- Receive, inspect, and meticulously record all incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage, systematic organization, and correct rotation of stock within the warehouse.
- Maintain precise inventory logs through advanced inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with different departments to manage material requests and guarantee timely fulfillment.
- Perform regular stock audits to identify and resolve any inconsistencies.
- Follow strict safety guidelines and keep the workplace clean, orderly, and secure.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in warehouse or storage environments is necessary.
- Competence in using inventory management software as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational abilities paired with great attention to detail.
- Physical capability to carry out lifting, carrying, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well within cross-functional teams.
- Possession of a valid forklift license with demonstrated experience operating forklifts in warehouse settings.
- Valid driver’s license.
