Job Overview

As a Store Promoter, you will warmly welcome and engage customers who visit the retail outlet, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your role involves understanding customer requirements and effectively recommending the Poptein product line. You will be responsible for explaining the features, merits, pricing, current offers, and promotions related to Poptein products, as well as demonstrating the items and addressing any customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and involve customers actively when they enter the store.
• Identify customer needs and promote Poptein accordingly.
• Provide detailed information on product features and benefits, pricing, and ongoing promotional offers.
• Showcase products and respond to customer questions.
• Strive to increase product sales by meeting daily and monthly sales targets.
• Keep product displays inviting and well-organized to ensure visibility.
• Stock and present products correctly in the retail area.
• Keep track of competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions.
• Work closely with store personnel and management to facilitate sales activities.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market insights to the internal team.
• Maintain comprehensive daily reports related to sales and activities.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure promotional materials are correctly displayed and maintained.
• Assist with promotional events and campaigns organized within the store.
