Store Manager - Spencer's

Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's leads the overall store operations to drive maximum sales and profitability. This role includes managing guest services, overseeing merchandise and inventory controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent guest services throughout the store.
• Manage daily store operations including expense control, shrinkage prevention, human resources, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to all organizational policies and procedures to optimize profitability.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years is required.
• Must have prior retail management experience.
• The job requires physical stamina to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours a day.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $24.60 to $24.85 based on qualifications and experience.
