Position Overview

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for delivering exceptional Guest Services while managing all operational aspects of the store. This role involves driving maximum sales and profitability by controlling expenses, minimizing shrinkage, managing staff, and overseeing merchandising and inventory in strict compliance with company policies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between 24.60 and 24.85 CAD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Job Requirements and Physical Demands
