Role Overview
The Store Manager will act as a passionate ambassador for Pandora, fully embracing the brand, culture, and product line. This leadership role involves hands-on engagement on the sales floor, building meaningful connections with customers while guiding a team comprising Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates to achieve sales and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster a vibrant store culture aligned with Pandora’s brand passion, inspiring team members to be outstanding brand ambassadors.
- Drive and surpass personal and store sales targets by cultivating authentic relationships with customers.
- Excel beyond commercial objectives and key performance indicators, setting new standards of achievement.
- Create exceptional shopping experiences enhanced by expert product knowledge and customer loyalty building.
- Coach and motivate the sales team, providing immediate feedback to support individual and collective KPI attainment.
- Develop and maintain loyal customers through genuine, lasting engagement beyond transactions.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to recruit and onboard top talent for various store roles including Assistant Store Managers and Sales Associates.
- Work closely with Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance concerns and ensure policy adherence.
- Manage operational excellence by implementing merchandising guidelines, streamlining processes, and promoting continuous team development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record as a Store Manager in a high-performing sales environment for a minimum of 3 to 5 years.
- Exceptional communication skills demonstrating care and clarity in both written and spoken interactions.
- Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for engaging and connecting across organizational levels.
- Excellent business insight and analytical skills with a focus on driving positive commercial outcomes.
- Experienced in attracting, developing, and retaining high-caliber teams with a focus on succession planning.
- Proficient with general computer applications including Microsoft Office 365 and retail point-of-sale technology.
- Must be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds; punctuality is essential.
